Turnaround Time and Delivery of Translation
1. Certified translation (e-copy)
Certified translations are delivered as a PDF file by email and uploaded to your account.
Our certified translations:
- include a signed and stamped Certificate of Translation Accuracy
- are on company letterhead and contain our ATA member number, phone number, and address.
- Include the order number and page number on each page.
- word-for-word, line-by-line translation in the same format as original
- include a copy of your original document, provided by you for the translation
2. Notarized copy of the translation (extra $19.95)
Delivered by USPS Priority mail (1-3 days) – $9.95.
Our notarized translations have all the features of certified translations, plus:
- a copy of the translation with the wet ink signature of the translator
- stamp and signature of a New York notary, certifying the signature of the translator.
- Translations certified by a New York notary are valid in all 50 US states.
3. Processing Time
Turnaround time for most documents is 1 business day. The specific time frame for each document is indicated on the document page. Expedited service is available.
Next b/day processing means that you will receive your digital copy of translation the next business day by 6 PM ET after the day the order was placed.
2nd b/day processing means that you will receive your digital copy of the translation 2 business days after the day the order was placed.
Orders placed on weekends and federal holidays are considered orders placed on the next business day.
Working days
Monday-Friday. We do not process orders on weekends, except as previously agreed.
